Don Walker has over 40 years experience in the rental of residential properties consisting of single family homes, duplexes and apartments.

He first began his career at the age of 14 when he purchased and remodeled his first acquisition. Using this as a launching pad he continued to purchase and remodel, building his inventory.

Mr. Walker worked as an Allstate adjuster until 1977 at which time he purchased 76 apartment units in the Cleveland, Tennessee area. This purchase enabled him to work full time in the rental property industry.

Over the years he has continued to add to his rental property inventory in the ownership of over 200 units. Because of his success in this field, in 1985 he began management of rental dwellings for other property owners. This has resulted in an inventory of over 300 units available through Don Walker Rentals in the Chatanooga area - specifically, Brainerd, East Brainerd, East Ridge, and St. Elmo.

In 1985 he became a general contractor building many of his rental dwellings and specializing in cluster locations of single family dwellings and duplexes.
